Your shopping experience starts with a trip to the showroom to explore the variety of flooring samples and entertain what you may be interested in for your project. At that time we can discuss their expectations when it comes to performance issues such as wear, durability and how will it clean. We can then answer any questions you may have in relations to warmth and comfort. And then of course maybe some general numbers to assure we are within your project budget.
Once those questions have been satisfied, we arrange an on-site inspection and measure. At that time we analyze the existing flooring and substrate conditions to make sure the new flooring you are considering will work from a mechanical and technical aspect.
The following questions are then addressed:
Will my existing flooring need to be removed?
Will I need any new subflooring or other structural materials?
How will it meet up to my flooring in other rooms?
What will the layout be, seam placement etc?
How long will the project take once the installation begins?
Then after all that information is tabulated we can present the cost of the project and if
it's approved we order product and schedule installation with you.
